for WISE Members what WISE is, its purposes, structure, functions
and activities.

- "WISE" is an acronym for World Institute of Scientology
Enterprises.

FROM UNETHICAL CORPORATIONS, PRACTICES AND UNFAIR COMPETITION; THIS
ALSO INCLUDES AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE TRADEMARKS, REGISTERED
AND COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL SO THAT IT IS NOT ALTER-ISED, CORRUPTED
OR MISUSED.
- TO GET LRH
ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNOLOGY FULLY INTO USE IN EVERY
BUSINESS IN THE WORLD.
- To accomplish these purposes, WISE International establishes
a network of continental and District Offices. These offices provide
a variety of services to WISE Members : courses, seminars, business
- consultation and the likei aIl in the direction of getting LRH
admin tech out to the business world and into use.

Venel is now properly licensed with WISE,
in the proper Category and Classification to qualify
him to deliver the instruction of his technical
methods in composition, painting and drawing.

- He
is going through all of his materials and standardizing
them according to policies on using the trademarks
and copyrights of Scientology and Dianetics and
will shortly be submitting these on WISE Issue Authority
lines.

- He
has worked out the backlog of payments he has to
WISE and is on an approved payment plan to handle
his backlog, and in the meantime he is keeping in
PT (present time, ndlr) on his payments.

should clarify any question of his status with WISE.

received severals reports from Jean-Luc
Barbier here in WISE EUROPE, on AIME
VENEL, on his several out tech and wrong
application of the LRH admin Tech.

- With
the present I want Clarify the PT (present
time, Ndlr) situation of AIME VENEL,
so that there is no more confusion about
and no further traffic will be done.

- Aimé
venel is WISE MEMBERS and he is currently
licensed and have the right to use any
materials of LRH admin Tech on his business.

personaly was fired in a project in
Paris for get under control any businessmen
of the area that was using the LRH admin
Tech, and this include standardize any
materials published or create from such
person.

- The materials that Aimé
Venel use on his schools was inspected from the top down. The
materials that Aimé venel use

no corrects or no authorized are under
translation for send to WISE INTERNATIONAL

contact him start to pay any backlogs

from the record that we have and he
need signed up immediate, because he
use the LRH admin Tech on his school
without authorization.

On his atelier in ZURICH, moonlight
S.N. that is the T/HAS ZURICH ORG. Per
SPD 59R, any org staff that moonlighting
by another scientologist, may do so
if that employer is a member of Wise.

- Jean Luc Barbier, public of FSO on Solo NOT's
(Tm) from Geneva, is hereby placed on a NON-ENTURBULATION order.

- Jean Luc Barbier is the owner of an atelier of
design in Geneva, with another 4 franchises in Switzerland which use one method
of painting and drawing develops by Aime Venel, france painter and WISE Member.
Part of this method includes copyrighted materials of DIANETICS(Tm) and
SCIENTOLOGY(Tm).

- Jean Luc Barbier was found engaging in several
false reports and malicious rumours to try to destroy the repute on Aime Venel
blocking him on The Bridge(Tm).

- Correct, data on this matter was send to FSO
from WISE EUROPE and a request for an investigation on Barbier. From this
investigation a See check was ordered by the Solo Not's Maa FSO on Jean Luc
Barbier while he was at FSO on Solo NOT's.

- Barbier never reported back and
per report from the Solo Not's MAA he blew from Flag without any proper routing
form done.

- Jean Luc BARBIER was found also to use these
copyrighted materials of DIANETICS and SCIENTOLOGY present on the methode of
Aime Venel without authorization and license with WISE claiming instead that he
never used any policy of LRH(Tm) in on his business.Therefore not acknowledging
Source in his work.

- Jean Luc Barbier per report received, was
found also to disavowal DIANETICS and SCIENTOLOGY and Scientologists(Tm)
breaking the contract with Aime Venel and removing all the LRH references, from
his method.

- Jean Luc Barbier also has been contacted by a
representative of WISE in Switzerland but did not change his attitude but
refused to sign up as WISE Member.

- One more enturbulation on these lines will
result in an automatic SP declare on Jean Luc Barbier.

- Jean-Luc
Barbier from Switzerland, is hereby declared a Suppressive
person and is expelled from the Church of Scientology.

- Jean-Luc
had earlier this year engaged in an attack to another
Scientologist, by me ans of spreading false reports
(well known by him to be so), in an attempt to debar
this Scientologist's progress up the Bridge. Jean-Luc
was also using in his business copyrightet Dianetics
(R) and Scientology trademarks without having any
autorization.

- When
his actions were discovered and he was offered a
chance to corne clean and redeem himself trough
the application of Confessional technology, Jean-Luc,
instead of taking this offer, made himself unavailable
and did not report back. Due to to his behavior
Jean-Luc was placed under Non-Enturbulation Order.

- Instead
of changing his pattern Jean-Luc first spread to
persons he knew false reports about Scientology,
and then officially resigned from the Church. Jean-Luc
also tried to bring civil suit against a Scientologist
in good standing on the grounds of falsehoods and
eventually demanded that the donations he made for
Church Services be given back to him.
