Ron Hubbard and popularized by the membership of Hollywood celebrities such as Tom Cruise. The collation appears to have been smuggled out by a renegade Scientology group known as "Freezone". The document has been verified by a Scientology (Religious Technology Center) legal demand to Wikileaks to remove the material (see 'Note' below). An analysis of the PDF metadata dates the document collection to 1995. In Scientology terminology the materials represents OT (Operating Thetan) "levels" I to VIII and "NOTs". A portion of the material is in Hubbard's distinctive handwriting. Some of the materials have previously appeared, most notably in the so-called "Fishman Affidavit" although the cult has been aggressive and hitherto largely successful in preventing public dissemination. Others, for example, OT VIII appear to be original to this collection. A former Scientologist contacted by Wikileaks and known to have studied OT8, states that material marked "OT8 (old)" he has seen before, but that he does not have a recollection of "OT8 (new)" (which the text describes as having been put together based on the recall of one or more of the renegade group).File |

Scientology is a religion founded by L. Ron Hubbard following the release of Dianetics. In 1954 the first Church of Scientology opened to provide training in Dianetics and Scientology. Scientologists refer to L. Ron Hubbard as SOURCE meaning he is the only true source of all information that comprises Dianetics and Scientology. Up to the time of L. Ron Hubbard's death he was the highest authority in and of the church and is still revered as such by Scientologists. The Church of Scientology's 8 Pointed Cross
The Church of Scientology teaches that there are two universes. One is physical in nature and made up of matter, energy, space and time and is called the physical universe. The other universe is called the THETA universe and it houses all immortal spiritual beings called thetans that come and go between the two universes. Quadrillions of years ago only the theta universe existed. Unknown then to all thetans was the fact that they have the ability to cause things on their own at will. One thetan discovered that it had this ability and caused its own original ideas for the first time setting it apart from all other thetans. Other but not all thetans attempted to copy this thetans idea. Any remaining thetans intended to continue to go on not causing things. Thetans formed groups having exactly opposite intentions that inadvertently caused the physical universe into existence by mistake to resolve these differences between them. Unfortunately this confused act had serious consequencs because there was no knowledge at the same time of what a physical universe is, does or how to control one. As a result all thetans became trapped in the physical universe without any knowledge of it, some with their own original ideas and some without. Scientologists refer to the creation of the physical universe as Incident 1 which all beings in the universe have in common with one another. The whole time track is the moment to moment record of an individual's eternal existence. Incident 1 comprises one of the only two major whole time track events that have ever taken place in this universe that most or all beings have in common with one another.
Matter, Energy, Space and Time Thetans adapted to life in the physical universe and 95 million years ago a civilization of 76 planets orbiting 21 stars was founded called the Marcab Confederacy. 75 Million years ago the Marcab people's planets became over populated with 175 to 250 billion people on each planet. Xenu, the male ruler of the Marcab Confederacy massacred the people to solve the problem. Xenu was captured and imprisoned for this crime but all life in the Marcab Confederacy perished within 6 years as a result of these events. The souls of most of the murdered Marcab people are called body thetans and they linger on Earth haunting present day mankind telepathically with mental image pictures they possess of their experiences. Body thetans get attached to people in groups called clusters and reside unsuspected. A body thetan's mental image pictures or simple presence can impinge on a person randomly without any warning causing a person confusion or even insanity attempting to differentiate between one's own mental image pictures or activities and those brought about by body thetans. An ages old extinct Marcab technology called implanting is the reason why body thetans exist. A thetan is not a body; it is an immortal spiritual being in a body. Electricity is the only thing that can harm a thetan because it immobilizes thetans like drugs do a person before a surgical procedure that will produce an engram. Whereas an engram is a random unrehearsed moment of pain and unconsciousness in a person's life; an implant is an intentionally pre designed set of verbal commands and images that are specifically engineered to exert an exact kind of complete control over another thetans thoughts and actions below their awareness. Once an implant is created it is shown to a thetan with implanting machines that generate enough electricity to render a thetan properly suggestible to implanting. After an implant is given a thetan has unknown unwanted thoughts and actions that can not be traced to a known remedy regardless of the body it occupies. The technology of implanting became extinct when the Marcab Confederacy perished and is beyond mankind's current scope of knowledge and ability to develop. Many different implants have been created in the past and one type in particular is called a mass implant. A mass implant means that a group or groups of thetans are brought to a common place at the same time and all given the same implant all at once. Mass implanting causes thetans to cluster or stick to one another in confusion because it causes them to believe themselves to all be the same exact thetan due to the identicalness of their implants and resultant thoughts. Scientologists refer to the mass implant outlined next as Incident 2 or the Wall of Fire because it is the second of the only two major whole track catastrophes that have taken place in this universe. All beings on Earth have Incident 2 in common with one another and this implant is the reason why life has become a nightmare of crime, war and insanity on this planet only instead of any other.
About 75 million years ago Xenu {the former ruler of the Marcab Confederacy} was about to be unelected from office by the other powers that be who were displeased with the state of affairs of society under his rule. To prevent himself from being fired Xenu employed psychiatrists to help him devise a fool proof plan to exterminate the population of the confederacy permanently. He then used lies and violence to overthrow the government of the Marcab people while disguising his murderous plot as a solution to the over population situation. One method of gathering up the trillions of people that comprised the over population was to order them in to special locations for fake tax audits unsuspectingly and when they arrived they were bluntly and systematically murdered. Their souls were extracted from their dead bodies, the dead bodies were disposed of and just their souls were packaged and then placed on board space ships that could travel faster than the speed of light. They were brought to Earth which at that point in time was called Teegeack by the Marcab's. The souls were dumped at the bases of volcanoes in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans that nuclear weaponry had been lowered into in advance but was now subsequently detonated. The explosions released all the thetans from their transport packaging and while they were blowing around in the Earth's atmosphere from the terrific winds caused by the nuclear explosions they were recollected by special electrical traps set up around the planet. While in the traps they were lowered into unique cinemas that Xenu ordered built on Earth in advance specifically for this implant where they were forced to watch 3 dimensional images for 36 days. The images depicted and explained to them in the form of a mass implant lies about their past, present and future, three explanations for the bomb explosions and millions of false images dictating the nature of how and what life should be like on Earth {i.e. how many languages, religions and hairstyles, how long people should live, different ways of living and how many illnesses that people get and why etc. etc. etc.}. After 36 days the disoriented implanted thetans were released into the environment on Earth to begin colliding and sticking to one another in order to form clusters of body thetans that became attached to individual thetans. Thetans that had clusters of body thetans attached to them began occupying the first available living bodies on Earth that they could survive in and those primitive bodies evolved into present day mankind, destined to wipe itself violently off the face of the Earth at some point in time in the future as a result of this implant. The creation of the reactive mind was an integral part of this implant. Engrams supply body thetans with mental image pictures they can copy and then own as their own experience. Later, a body thetan's mental image pictures will tend to hamper and confuse a person. Some body thetans were knocked unconscious by this implant and do not yet gather any mental image pictures but simply reside collectively in a dormant state attached to an unsuspecting individual. Xenu was captured by the Loyal Officers of the Marcab that came to the defense of the people before the confederacy became extinct. Xenu's spirit was locked away in an electrical prison powered by an eternal battery inside of a mountain in the Madeira Islands off the coast of Africa. L. Ron Hubbard states that Xenu is still there today but his prison cannot be seen or opened by any mortal as eternal justice served.
Once a person dies and leaves their body they go to a between lives area where thetans temporarily reside between each life. In the between lives area a thetan because of its implants goes to an implant station which is an electrical trap designed by Marcab's to represent an alleged portal between the physical and the theta universe. An implant station can only be reached by a thetan when it is disembodied as happens after a person dies and before they begin a new life. A thetan does not actually need to pass through such a portal between each life but if a thetan has implants that tell it to go to an implant station it will go whether it wants to or not. As a disembodied thetan involuntarily passes through an implant station, it is blasted by an overwhelming amount of electricity that erases its memories of any past life and reactivates all of its previous implants. It is then shot down to Earth to get a new body just moments before one is born without any choice as to location and type of body acquired. Once back in a body on Earth the thetan has no clue as to its actual fate and responds to the commands of engrams and implants once again until the new body dies, at which time the implanted life-death cycle repeats itself.
Different Identities in Other Lifetimes L. Ron Hubbard had a volcano pictured on the front of the Dianetics book as a symbol to his beliefs but, no references are made in the book about thetans, implants or past lives. Only selected members of the Church of Scientology are allowed to read certain of L. Ron Hubbard's scriptures on these topics that are classified as confidential, copyrighted and trade marked secrets of the Church of Scientology. In the early 1990's these confidential scriptures became public records and surfaced on the internet as a result of lawsuits filed by and against Churches of Scientology by various people and organizations. The scriptures were read by millions of people and later became the topic of television and radio shows, news and magazine articles as well as internet web sites, forums and chat rooms that cropped up to discuss these topics. AUDITORS AND CASE SUPERVISORS Before a person begins any auditing IQ and aptitude tests are given to estimate the person's physical, mental and spiritual states. A case supervisor is an auditor that reviews preliminary auditing test results and any auditing a person is in the process of getting and decides what auditing or course of action is best for a person. Auditors and case supervisors are trained in levels beginning with level I up to level XII {always denoted in Roman numerals}. Each level produces a certain class of auditor or case supervisor. Level XII produces a class XII auditor or case supervisor which is currently the highest level of such training there is. At this writing there is only one church in the world authorized to train class XII auditors and deliver class XII auditing called the Flag Service Organization located in Clearwater, Florida, U.S.A. To get people to reveal their crimes honestly and properly an auditor must be a class II auditor. To audit engrams on another person an auditor must be a class IV auditor. A case supervisor must be an auditor equal to or greater than the level of auditing being case supervised {i.e. a class IV case supervisor may case supervise grade IV auditing or below but not any grade V auditing or above unless trained as a class V auditor or higher first and then as a class V case supervisor or higher next}. Auditors and case supervisors complete internships at the church on people similar to a doctor in a hopsital seeking to become licensed. A person can go from not being an auditor at all to being a class XII auditor in as little as 16 months with no previous training. An auditor uses a small electronic device called a Hubbard Electro Psychometer {or E-Meter for short} as a guide during auditing. An E-Meter has two small cans that a person holds one of in each hand during auditing. The cans are attached by wires to the E-Meter. The E-Meter detects nervous system fluctuations. A needle on the E-Meter moves left and right of the center of a dial on the E-Meter in direct response to any type of reaction in the person being audited that might not be openly expressed.
The Hubbard Electro Psychometer {E-Meter} An auditor is trained to interpret needle movements and ask certain questions to locate any sources of needle motion {such as the presence of concealed crimes, engrams and implants}. Once an actual source of needle motion is found an auditor asks questions using the E-Meter as a guide until the source no longer registers on the E-Meter or troubles the person being audited. The E-Meter was not invented and employed in auditing until the mid 1950's. Prior to its invention auditors audited people in 1 on 1 hit or miss type counseling sessions. The E-Meter was invented for L. Ron Hubbard by a man named Volney Matheson.

The goal of Dianetics and Scientology is freedom from the reactive mind and implants and gaining knowledge that prevents them from ever coming back. A series of training and counseling steps called the bridge accomplishes this and the counselor involved is called an auditor and the counseling is called auditing. Dianetics auditing and training brings a person to the state of clear, meaning their reactive mind is erased. Before going clear a person is called a preclear or PC. Scientologyauditing and training brings a person to the state of operating thetan also called OT, meaning their implants have been removed and their immortality restored. Before becoming an OT a person is called a pre-OT and a person must be clear first in order to become an OT. Starting at the point when one first begins getting auditing each level on the bridge that a person completes on the way to going clear is called a release grade. After going clear the auditing a person gets is done in a series of levels called OT sections beginning with the number I {always denoted in Roman numerals}. OT section VIII is currently the highest available. Most of the time a person is audited by another person but at certain points on the bridge as one approaches the state of clear and beyond, a person is usually greater than what the auditing handles so a person does what is called solo auditing which requires special training and internships. A solo auditor audits them self. Two E-Meter cans are required at all times during auditing so that items register properly on the E-Meter and in solo auditing a person connects both cans end to end and holds them in one hand while the other hand controls anything else needed to do the auditing. Auditing a person gets to become clear and auditing a person gets to become OT are two vastly different technologies. Going clear involves processes geared at erasing engrams. In order to become OT a preOT must learn to remove implants and exorcise body thetans that have been attached to their soul for millions of years. The Purification Rundown : An action that is done before any Dianetics auditing is started that removes residual drug residues from the body that can interfere with a person's concentration during auditing. The Purification Rundown involves exercise, vitamins and sauna baths lasting about 5 hours a day for anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Dianetics and Grades 0-VI : Lower level audited and solo audited levels that result in the state of clear where an individual has erased their own reactive mind. OT I : Orients an individual to life without a reactive mind. OT II: Assists in the location and removal of personally gotten implants. OT III: The first level to address body thetans which must be located and then communicated with telepathically and asked to depart, at which point they leave and go get their own body without any body thetans. [OT I, II and III are solo audited levels.] OT IV: When a person uses drugs in their lifetime for example, body thetan's can copy the mental image pictures created by the person at the time the person used drugs and then own these images as their own experience. In response to OT level auditing these body thetans believe themselves to be under the influence of the drugs used in their pictures and are more difficult for a preOT to address. L. Ron Hubbard designed OT IV as an OT Drug Rundown to specifically address this issue. OT V: A person addresses dormant body thetans for the first time. Dormant body thetans must first be roused from the unconscious state that they are in and then communicated with telepathically and asked to depart. [OT IV and V are not solo audited levels and are both delivered to the preOT by an auditor. The minimum requirement for an auditor to deliver OT IV to another is that he or she must be a Class VIII auditor and at least OT IV themselves and for OT V delivery a Class IX auditor that is OT V or higher is required. OT IV and V differ from OT III in that the body thetans addressed on OT III are not "drugged" or unconscious.] OT VI: A person trains to audit the dormant body thetans they were introduced to on OT V on their own. OT VII: A preOT finishes the job them self of getting rid of all remaining dormant body thetans and clusters or groups of body thetans held together and attached to the person them self as a trained solo auditor. OT VIII: A person reviews their past auditing and verifies that body thetans were but no longer are attached to the individual and why. OT VI, VII and VIII are solo audited levels. In Scientology the bridge is illustrated for people on a chart written by L. Ron Hubbard called the Classification Gradation and Awareness Chart of Levels and Certificates. This chart shows in exact order all the steps that a person must formally take to reach the highest levels of Scientology spiritual training and counseling. The left side of the chart denotes training and the right side denotes corresponding or related auditing. The L Series Rundowns: L-10, L-11 and L-12 are a specific class of auditing but not standard required grade chart actions and they can be done at several different points on the bridge acting as boosters and enhancers to one's auditing and training in Scientology. A case supervisor determines when and if a person in Scientology needs one or more of the L's. These rundowns are only delivered by class X, XI and XII auditors at the Church of Scientology Flag Land Base in Clearwater, Florida, U.S.A. and not available anywhere else in the world. |
