This thetan can also be, in this universe, a point in space which is not using energy but which is existing by command only. That's a higher level. And this being can be something which can create space and then create energy and matter in that space. So you see immediately the thetan really is not a creature of space, he is a creature which can create space. And his beingness is as great as he can create space. Go into that considerably, later. Now, therefore we're treating, then, an individuality—an individuality which does not have a location in point and time, but which can locate point and time, and that's the pc. This character has the very strange characteristic—on a very low and easily demonstrable level—has this terrifically strange characteristic of being able to hold apart two electrodes with no hands and hold them apart so thoroughly that they explode on a condenser action which then will react violently upon an E-Meter or cathode-ray machine. So he has, as far as we can see, in the manufacture of energy, about the same capabilities as those which have been assigned to the Supreme Being in this universe. The proprietor of the mest universe, I suppose, has got his characteristics and so forth as good as some of the thetans I've processed. I hope so. But just because we would have a proprietor* of this universe that could do this and that, or a manufacturer of this universe who could do this and that, that would be no reason whatsoever to assume that that proprietor were necessarily the highest level of proprietor there could be. There are gods and makers of gods. And this is a minor universe. The Freewinds, while mainly being the anchor point for a new civilization and the home to the first actual OTs, is also the International Convention Center for all Scientologists, Scientology organizations and sectors around the world. These conventions, held on the Freewinds, use LRH tech to activate Big Think ideas to clear cities, zones and entire countries and are thus accelerating the creation of an OT civilization on Earth. They are also helping to accelerate the release of your OT IX and X. It is a proven fact, backed up by an improvement in statistics, that each convention done on board leads to an expansion of the individuals who attend as well as to the expansion of the orgs and sectors those individuals represent. This expansion is created by ensuring that the attendees know and can apply the exact LRH tech related to each convention. For instance, the Ideal Org conventions held on board lead to direct results in the funding of Ideal Orgs when the attendees return to their own org. It is therefore vital that every OT backs up these conventions by ensuring that the key players in the creation of their own Ideal Org attend the convention. This of course includes you. If you are New OT VIII, you will be given an interview on board to assist you in finding out what you need personally to prepare for your New OT IX and X. In order to support your org and help you get your selectees and other org public activated on the third dynamic and also help speed their progress up the Bridge, the FSSO has scheduled special weekend briefings and conventions where the attendees are given key LRH data that will energize and excite the local public in getting themselves moving on the Bridge and the local Ideal Org created. This is a vital activity in support of the release of OT IX and X and your active participation and support is needed.

What a unique, incredible experience! This is the most beautiful, most theta Bridge action I have EVER done, in all my life! This is also the smartest move one can make: had I known earlier what this was all about, I would have done it much, much faster! So I would like to start with an advice to all my friends: DO NOT WAIT! When you know what New OT VIII achieves: TRUTH REVALED, you don’t want to waste time any more. New OT VIII is truth revealed about myself, as a spiritual being, immortal and capable of creating my own energy, being totally future and game-oriented. I now know how to fully operate ABOVE the physical universe, in the aesthetic band! This is the most pleasant state I have ever known ! This level was uniquely addressed to ME! It allowed me to fully recover and use my theta power. I have so much energy I feel like a theta bomb, spreading my affinity and admiration to everyone around all over the universe. It is the happiest moment of my life, I now have full certainty that I can accomplish anything I desire, having FULL attention on the future – zero attention on the past. Yes, for the first time ever on my track, I KNOW that I can see and create a bright future, for myself AND for all mankind. I used to have some attention units stuck in my universe, and I had kind of decided that I would have to live with those – that they would never disappear. Well, New OT VIII blew those negative particles in a split moment of time; and it replaced them with total peacefulness as well as HUGE, unlimited Havingness! To give you an example of the size of wins one can have on this level, I would like to share with you one definition of “LINE CHARGE”, from the Technical Dictionary: “Line Charge: a prolonged spell of uncontrolled laughter or crying which may be continued for several hours… the line charge usually signals the sudden release of a large amount of charge and brings about a marked change in the case.” – LRH Well, I can tell you that I have totally experienced that definition! At some point during my auditing, I felt a sudden change in my physical appearance and mostly in my space! I had to go up the top deck of the ship to take the space, and even that space was getting too small, under a “one-million-star” sky! And I kept line charging for a long, long moment. And it started again the next day, and the day after! Actually this is a simple but very powerful win: that the future is mine, that there is no room for failure, and there is only ample room for a bright future, NOT ONLY for me but for all! I have now full confidence that WE, as a group, are right now changing the conditions of this world, that we are winning against long term suppression on spirituality and that we are the ONLY group capable of restoring sanity and full happiness in the world. My affinity for mankind has no limits, no boundaries. My intention to contribute to the miracles of Scientology is more powerful than ever ! I would like to share with you my successful action on moving through the Bridge, even and especially when navigating in high waters, through my life. I was not Clear yet, when I was invited to secure my New OT VIII package, to put it there in the physical universe. I was then told than it would connect me to OT power; that I would be in direct connection with the top org on the planet. I liked the idea, even if I had no strong reality of what I was buying. I did indeed get connected. No matter how challenging my life was to me, I NEVER lost contact, I never lost this OT comm. Line that was available from the Freewinds. I now recognize the incomparable value of such connection, and I can only strongly recommend that EVERY Scientologist, no matter where you are on the Bridge, get this OT connection ! So, my sincere advise is: secure your New OT VIII right now, no matter where you are on the Bridge, and see for yourself what it feels like to be connected to OT power and intention! Needless to say, I am profoundly grateful to every staff member and executive from the Freewinds and the Sea Org generally. You are actually putting the future for us right here, on this planet, working hard to release OT IX and OT X! Thank you!!! But when two women stood up to City Council last week to tell them what it's like to be a neighbor to the church's L Ron Hubbard Way location during weekly street closures for special events, the Council listened and continued the motion rather than approving it in order to look into the issue a little more in depth. Then CBS2 visited the street in question to check it out for themselves (video below). The motion's continued hearing is scheduled for today's City Council meeting,
which is currently in progress. ; Scientology holds local residents hostage
At Wednesday's LA City Council meeting, non-Scientologist and resident of L Ron Hubbard Way, Sammi Franklin, and free speech advocate Lisa Derrick stood in the chambers at city hall to explain what it's like to live on a street closed down every weekend of the year. As in past years, the Church of Scientology requested that the weekly event be considered a special event by the city in order to close the public street, which was called Berendo until 1996, and sidewalks every weekend. Think of their request like a farmers market asking a street be closed every Sunday morning. For any street closure to go through, a councilmember must sponsor a motion that will go up for approval by the council. It's such a standard type of motion, every week, a variety of special events are passed with little public comment or opposition (block parties, weekend festivals, etc). But on Friday, the Scientology motion was continued to be discussed further on Tuesday, which will be aired live on Channel 35 or the internet. You could tell they were both nervous, and stumbled at times. But once they got comfortable and into it, they really shined. Good for them! Hopefully all of this will actually accomplish something. Usually the event is on a commercial street for a few days a year, and the shopkeepers are happy to participate. But this is ridiculous.
