"You can write that down in your book in great big letters. The only way
you can control anybody is to lie to them." - L. Ron Hubbard,
"Technique 88"
"...
Never discuss Scientology with the critic. Just
discuss his or her crimes, known and unknown. And act completely confident
that those crimes exist ..." - L. Ron Hubbard, "Critics of
Scientology", November 5, 1967
"Rather than give psychotics such
treatment it would be far kinder to kill them immediately and completely ..."
- L. Ron Hubbard, "Science of Survival", p117
The Belgian
justice has indicted Scientology for fraud, extorsion, illegal
pratice of medecine, and, above all, for operating a criminal

This is a prime example of the fundraising techniques
used to gather money in scientology.
France:
Inquires into a fearsome cult
[L'Express is the
Nr 1 serious weekly newspaper in France]
"The fac-similes saying that scientologists
are swindlers do not constitute
insults since the church of scientology whas already been convicted in our
country for swindle (JT 1994 IV 140)".
"The fac-similes
saying that scientologists
are robbers do not either
constitute insults. Indeed, Jean-Luc Barbier is trying to get a refund
of costs
paid for courses and purchase of works he paid since 1989, on the basis of the
principle saying that members of the church of scientology who are dissatisfied
of its services are allowed to ask a refund of these sums. (p.K.1.32)."
Office of the Examining magistrates of
Porrentruy (Canton of the Jura
- July 8, 2005)
Switzerland: Scientology
is not a church
The Instruction judge has ordered searches. Some pieces
related to scientology have been seized. The cult protested against that,
speaking of "ecclesiastical secret". The magistrate refused, underlining that
scientology had not the church's characters according to the usual sense. No
recourse have been undertaken against that decision. (Tribune
of Geneva
- April 1998)
USA: Scientology is
not a Church but only
an organisation with a
charitable status
"In 1991 there
was a significant US Tax court case, that continued to refuse to give Church of
Scientology charitable status. That is to say, this decision continued to say
that Scientology was not functioning in a charitable manner.
Then two years
later,the
IRS in an administrative decision, granted Scientology its status, which was in
directcontradiction to the court case two years prior. To make the issue more
complicated, the final negotiations of the IRS/US government agreement was
secret, they're sealed, and the government and Scientology here refused to
release those final negotiations to the public."
Members
are discouraged from discussing
Scientology amongst themselves
and others, especially those
with critical views of the
cult. Scientology has a
long list of banned materials,
including books, magazines,
and websites. "Parishioners"
are forbidden to view these
materials in order to prevent
doubt or criticism.
Scientology
was founded by L. Ron Hubbard,
a hack writer of pulp fiction,
in the 1950s. L. Ron Hubbard
lied about nearly every
aspect of his life. He claimed
to be a war hero during
WWII, but Naval records
show he was mediocre at
best. He is the only Naval
officer to ever attack Mexican
territory when, as a commanding
officer, he shelled the
Coronado Islands. He then
blamed the incident on his
crew.
Operates
many front groups to generate
income for the cult.
Space Opera as Theology: Scientology's OT III
Transcript:
The head of the Galactic
Confederation (76 planets around larger stars visible from here)
(founded 95,000,000 yrs ago, very space opera) solved overpopulation
(250 billion or so per planet -- 178 billion on average) by mass
implanting.
He caused people to be brought to Teegeeack (Earth) and put
an H Bomb on the principal volcanoes (Incident 2) and then the
Pacific area ones were taken in boxes to Hawaii and the Atlantic
Area ones to Las Palmas and there "packaged."
His name was Xenu.
He used renegades. Various misleading data by means of circuits etc.
was placed in the implants.
When through with his crime Loyal Officers
(to the people) captured him after 6 years of battle and put him in
an electronic mountain trap where he still is.
"They" are gone. The
place (Confed.) has since been a desert.
"Imagine a church so dangerous, you must sign a release form before you
can receive its "spiritual assistance." This assistance might involve
holding you against your will for an indefinite period, isolating you from
friends and family, and denying you access to appropriate medical care.
You will of course be billed for this treatment - assuming you survive it.
If not, the release form absolves your caretakers of all responsibility
for your suffering and death. Welcome to the Church of Scientology."
Dr. Dave Touretzky
With Hollywood fanfare, Scientology announced the republication of L. Ron
Hubbard's Scientology
: The Fundamentals of Thought as part of the
its program to "ensure the
purity of the religion and its Scripture … [and] the availability of the pure unadulterated
writings of Mr. Hubbard to the coming generations." Fundamentals' purity thus authenticated, celebrities lent their
support to the promotion of Hubbard's racism.

Scientology's new Flag Building in downtown Clearwater
Clearwater,
Florida, which is a major hub for the controversial church and is known for
its many Scientology-linked building projects and businesses run by
Scientologists, now has another distinction.
Clearwater has been cited by the Federal Trade Commission
(FTC) in its annual report as a metro area with one of the highest per capita
rates of consumer fraud in the United States.
Delicensed chiropractor sentenced for insurance fraud
Scientologist Markell D. Boulis of Pennsylvania, now jailed on drug charges in
Georgia, has become a focus in one of the largest health insurance fraud cases
in the United States reports the Pittsburgh
Post-Gazette.

prefer to die speaking my mind than

That is the etiology of cancer. The

are its lawyers.
"Scientologists
believe that most human problems can
be traced to lingering spirits of an
extraterrestrial people massacred by
their ruler, Xenu, over 75 million years
ago. These spirits attach themselves
by "clusters" to individuals
in the contemporary world, causing spiritual
harm and negatively influencing the
lives of their hosts" [Judge Leonie
Brinkema, 4 Oct 96 Memorandum Opinion]
What
do we get from getting people out of
scientology ? We create an individual
who has become a Houdini of aIl mind
traps... folks who won't be fooled
again. People who can DE-program, People
who can spring mental traps...
We
create, by freeing someone of scientology,
a being who has the ability to break
the strongest slave chains of aIl. Those
forged of lies !

South Park explains the truth about The Church

IT'S AMAZING THAT CURRENTLY THERE ARE MORE CRITIC
WEBSITES OF SCIENTOLOGY THAN REAL CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY WEBSITES. SOUTH PARK,
WHICH HAS MILLIONS OF VIEWERS, HAS A RECENT EPISODE EXPLAINING THE EVILS OF THIS
CULT. SOUTH PARK HAS A FOLLOWING OF KIDS AS YOUNG AS 6 TO AS OLD AS 90. A LOT OF
PEOPLE WERE INFORMED OF THIS CON OF A "RELIGION" THE CHURCH OF
SCIENTOLOGY- YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH LAWYERS OR MONEY TO COVER UP YOUR
SCAM/CULT/ RELIGION NOW. PEOPLE WILL KNOW THE TRUTH OF YOUR SCAM/CULT/RELIGION.

Notice
of anti-scientologie:
By
acting this way, Tom Cruise shows that
he only obeys his sect, the episode
attacking more the scientology itself
than Cruise’s own proselytism. What
bothers the sciento- tology is the fact
that the show revealed the ultimate
superior hidden revelation (they say
“knowledgeâ€) of the cult. (Oh my god
! What a sacrilege, help us Tom !). Also,
since the airing of the controversial
South Park’s episode, the scientology
is losing followers. A growing number
of victims are deceived by the lack
of intellectual honesty of Mr. David
Miscavige, a "pope-wannabe†of a Church
who pretends having 8 millions followers
in the world … but who refuses to read our mail.
A very sad Church, very little men.
