"The fac-similes saying that scientologists
are swindlers do not constitute
insults since the church of scientology whas already been convicted in our
country for swindle (JT 1994 IV 140)".
"The fac-similes
saying that scientologists
are robbers do not either
constitute insults. Indeed, Jean-Luc Barbier is trying to get a refund
of costs
paid for courses and purchase of works he paid since 1989, on the basis of the
principle saying that members of the church of scientology who are dissatisfied
of its services are allowed to ask a refund of these sums. (p.K.1.32)."

Scientology
is not a church
The Instruction judge has ordered searches. Some pieces
related to scientology have been seized. The cult protested against that,
speaking of "ecclesiastical secret". The magistrate refused, under-
lining that
scientology had not the church's characters according to the usual sense. No
recourse have been undertaken against that decision. (Tribune
of Geneva
- April 1998)
What
is Scientology ?
Members
are discouraged from discussing
Scientology amongst themselves
and others, especially those
with critical views of the
cult. Scientology has a
long list of banned materials,
including books, magazines,
and websites. "Parishioners"
are forbidden to view these
materials in order to prevent
doubt or criticism.
Scientology
was founded by L. Ron Hubbard,
a hack writer of pulp fiction,
in the 1950s. L. Ron Hubbard
lied about nearly every
aspect of his life. He claimed
to be a war hero during
WWII, but Naval records
show he was mediocre at
best. He is the only Naval
officer to ever attack Mexican
territory when, as a commanding
officer, he shelled the
Coronado Islands. He then
blamed the incident on his
crew.
Operates
many front groups to generate
income for the cult.
"Imagine a church so dangerous, you must sign a release form before you
can receive its "spiritual assistance." This assistance might involve
holding you against your will for an indefinite period, isolating you from
friends and family, and denying you access to appropriate medical care.
You will of course be billed for this treatment - assuming you survive it.
If not, the release form absolves your caretakers of all responsibility
for your suffering and death. Welcome to the Church of Scientology."
Dr. Dave Touretzky
With Hollywood fanfare, Scientology announced the republication of L. Ron
Hubbard's Scientology
: The Fundamentals of Thought as part of the
its program to "ensure the
purity of the religion and its Scripture … [and] the availability of the pure unadulterated
writings of Mr. Hubbard to the coming generations."
Fundamentals' purity thus authenticated, celebrities lent their
support to the promotion of Hubbard's racism.

Court case scheduled for hearing on September 27, 2006 - Porrentruy,
Swiss Canton of Jura
Scientology has confirmed its withdrawal of complaint
This lawsuit brought by Scientology is a counter-complaint. It follows
the charges filed by Jean-Luc Barbier (president of the AVDS) with the
Prosecutor of the canton of Jura for the abuses he was subjected to for
approximately fifteen years.
The two highest officials of Scientology, mutually in a single complaint,
dared to make the charge this morning to the court : "We filed a complaint
against Mr. Barbier to stop him from attacking us. But when his attack
became more intense, we decided to withdraw our complaint." [sic]
In this lawsuit, a witness appeared to confirm that Scientology put
Jean-Luc Barbier on a "blacklist", and that his neighbors were visited
by scientologists asking questions about him. Mr Christophe Schaffter,
Barbier's lawyer, stated in the complaint that these actions were only
intended to intimidate Barbier's customers. He is asking that Scientologists
pay 60'000 euros in damages plus all his legal expenses.
In order to better inform the population of Scientology's manipulation,
Christophe Schaffter also reqested that the judge order the decision
published broadly in the news media.
Will the Swiss canton of Jura see a judge ingore a victim crushed by cult
manipulation ? The decision of the judge will be communicated to both
parties on October 27, 2006.

"Scientologists
believe that most human problems can
be traced to lingering spirits of an
extraterrestrial people massacred by
their ruler, Xenu, over 75 million years
ago. These spirits attach themselves
by "clusters" to individuals

harm and negatively influencing the
lives of their hosts" [Judge Leonie

do we get from getting people out of

"Matt and Trey [creators] do not mind when fans download their episodes off the
Internet; they feel that it’s good when people watch the show no matter how they

Notice
of anti-scientologie :
By
acting this way, Tom Cruise shows that
he only obeys his sect, the episode
attacking more the scientology itself
than Cruise’s own proselytism. What
bothers the sciento- logy is the fact
that the show revealed the ultimate
superior hidden revelation (they say
“knowledge”) of the cult. (Oh my god
! What a sacrilege, help us Tom !). Also,
since the airing of the controversial
South Park’s episode, the scientology
is losing followers. A growing number
of victims are deceived by the lack
of intellectual honesty of Mr. David
Miscavige, a "pope-wannabe” of a Church
who pretends having 8 millions followers
in the world … but who refuses to read our mail.
A very sad Church, very little men.
