Riverside Police BAN Anonymous from protesting at Gold Base http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gU4YppPzGis Download the video (.flv - 16 MB) Five anons went to raid Gold yesterday and the Riverside (San Jacinto branch) cops were waiting for us. They stopped us and came to the car with a thick file (evidently prepared by Scilon staff). Here's the reason they gave us to BAN Anons from protesting gold. Because they had a 10 year old picture of (Happy Smurf next to Keith Henson), that means that he was and presumably still "in association" with him. In other words guilt by association. Now get this, because the other 4 anons were in the car with smurf, they would be ARRESTED if they were to protest gold. Similar to this injunction in Florida ... Comments Forum ARS - September 21, 2008 Cultxpt: Personally, I think protesting at Gold is not as productive as protesting where you have an audience, like at the Hubbard Museum or Big Blue. Eldon:That may be logically and strategically true, but the cult has repeatedly gotten bent way out of shape about protests at Gold. Remember how they tried to intimidate that German news crew ? I haven't been there and don't know the lay of the land, but I assume not too many of the slaves can see anyone protesting on the road. Maybe they do things like this just because they can, considering that the cops are in their pocket. But it will certainly backfire eventually. |

Unconstitutional Permanent Injunction, State of
Florida Summary; Scientology attorneys obtained this permanent injunction against the below named parties, and those "in concert" with them. It restricts where protests against Scientology can take place, and directs both the named parties and Scientologists to stay 10 feet away from each other. This injunction lasts until it is contested. If anyone would like to help with legal funds to do that, let me know. named parties: Lisa McPherson Trust (disbanded) text (.pdf) maps (.pdf) |
